Shipping Policy

HVY Garment is committed to shipping your order quickly and securely. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure a reliable delivery experience from our warehouse to your door.


Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We offer free shipping on all orders over €100.

Standard shipping times:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 2–3 business days

  • Germany: 2–3 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 4–8 business days

  • Rest of the world: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carrier operations. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or other charges depending on your local regulations. HVY Garment is not responsible for any additional fees incurred during customs clearance.


Missing or Damaged Items

If any item is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hvygarments.com. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the outer packaging (if damaged)

  • A photo of the packing slip (for missing item claims)

  • A clear description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Note on packaging damage:
If the outer packaging is damaged during transit but the item itself is unharmed and functional, the shipment is not eligible for refund or replacement.


Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but has not been received, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim. You will need to provide us with an official loss report or claim confirmation from the carrier within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We cannot process claims submitted beyond this timeframe.


Order Modification or Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel your order (e.g. product, address, or quantity), please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may already be in the shipping process and cannot be modified or canceled.
