Refund Policy

At HVY Garment, we want you to feel fully confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right — whether it’s the fit, feel, or color — we’re here to make it right. You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it meets the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags, packaging, and inner liners intact

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use may be rejected and returned to the sender.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@hvygarments.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a short explanation of the reason for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage).

Once you request a return, we’ll email you the return shipping cost for approval. After you confirm, we’ll provide a return label or a link to register your return. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and approved.

Returns for bundled items must include the full bundle. Partial returns are not accepted.

Please note: We cannot accept returns due to customs delays or other delivery issues outside our control.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus the return shipping cost (if applicable).

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, contact us at support@hvygarments.com. Once approved, we’ll send an invoice for the return shipping cost and any price difference (if applicable). After payment is completed, we’ll issue store credit so you can place a new order for your preferred item.

Return Denial

HVY Garment reserves the right to deny any return that:

  • Shows signs of wear or damage

  • Is returned outside the 14-day window

  • Is missing original tags, liners, or packaging

  • Is sent to an unauthorized return address

Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will not be accepted or refunded.
