1. How long does shipping take?

We offer fast, reliable shipping across Europe and worldwide.

  • Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 2–3 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 4–8 business days

  • Rest of the world: 4–8 business days

Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. How do I care for my HVY hoodie?

To maintain the weight and shape of your hoodie, we recommend the following:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out

  • Use a gentle cycle

  • Do not tumble dry — lay flat to dry

  • Do not bleach or iron

Due to the density of the material, drying may take longer than regular garments. Avoid hanging, as this may stretch the fabric over time.

3. What is your hoodie made of?

Each HVY hoodie is crafted from ultra-thick, structured 1000GSM cotton fleece for deep pressure comfort.
Key features include:

  • No drawstrings

  • Oversized, cropped fit

  • Boxy silhouette with elastic waistband

  • Durable stitching, breathable interior

All materials are OEKO-TEX® certified and free from harmful substances.

4. Can I return my order?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return window for all purchases, even if the product has been lightly worn. To start a return, contact our support team at support@hvygarments.com and include your order number.

Returned items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Is HVY Garment sustainable or socially responsible?

We keep production runs limited to avoid overstock and waste. Our hoodies are built to last, reducing the need for replacements. All packaging is recyclable, and we avoid single-use plastics where possible.

In addition, a portion of our profits is donated to Mind.org.uk — a UK-based mental health charity supporting those struggling with anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. We believe comfort should go beyond clothing.
